Zhun Min (also known as Irene) is our Legal Associate specialising in Conveyancing practice. 

She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Leeds in 2016. She continued her legal education at the Manchester Metropolitan University by completing the Bar Professional Training Course and was subsequently called to the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple, United Kingdom in 2017.  She was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2019.

Irene started her legal career as a conveyancing lawyer in a reputable mid-sized legal firm in Kuala Lumpur. She handled a wide spectrum of transactions, ranging from transactions involving residential properties to disposal of large scale industrial development lands. She independently managed multiple residential and industrial projects of well-known property developers in Malaysia. Irene was also involved in various commercial transactions such as Integrated Water Supply agreements, debt capital market, Sukuk transactions and corporate due-diligence. 

Prior to joining Tay Chambers, Irene was the sole in-house counsel in a well-established construction and property development company in Johor.
