Chan Sue Ding (Chloe) is our LegalAssistant specialising in Corporate and Commercial practice.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Multimedia University in 2023 and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2024.
During her pupillage, Chloe gained valuable experience in the field of corporate, particularly in areas such as merger and acquisition, due diligence, joint ventures, shareholders’ and partnership agreements, shareholder/director arrangements, employee share option schemes, service agreements as well as complex contractual drafting and negotiation for both small startups and multinational corporations.
Apart from that, Chloe was also exposed to various civil litigation matters, including divorce, debt recovery, estate administration and tenancy disputes.
At Tay Chambers, Chloe will continue to develop her expertise in corporate and commercial law. Chloe is dedicated to assist businesses in navigating legal challenges, allowing them to focus on their growth and success.
