Qualifications:

Glady is our Senior Legal Associate specialising in the Corporate and Commercial (Advisory & Dispute Resolution) practice.

Prior to joining to Tay Chambers, Glady was an in-house lawyer at a Global Health Asia-Pacific awarded tertiary hospital, with a presence in Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore. Leading its Legal Unit, Glady managed all legal disputes and provided actionable legal advice across 50 departments on risk management and compliance related matters. She regularly conducted internal training and was actively involved in corporate governance projects, including anti-corruption, whistleblowing, personal data protection and teleconsultation. Glady was also previously a practising litigation lawyer representing clients up to the Federal Court. She also represented clients in arbitration and negotiation to resolve disputes alternatively.

Synergising her experience as a practising litigation lawyer and corporate in-house lawyer, Glady’s works at Tay Chambers focus on Corporate and Commercial (Advisory & Dispute Resolution) practice. Glady represents and advises clients on corporate governance matters, contractual and commercial disputes, debt recovery and risk management.
