Wong Li Ying

Li Ying graduated from Cardiff University, UK with the degree of Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court in Malaya in 2024.

She has been practising in Conveyancing since her pupillage, after which she joined one of Malaysia’s largest law firms, where she continues to focus on real estate transactions and property finance transactions.

She possesses extensive experience in drafting the sale and purchase agreements, negotiating the terms in sale and purchase agreements on behalf of the clients, coordinating with banks to manage the financing processes and providing legal advise on property transfer transactions to her clients.

Li Ying is passionate about deepening her expertise in the area of Conveyancing and exploring new opportunities within this dynamic field. She also shows her dedication to her clients by consistently ensuring smooth operations throughout the process in the property transactions.
