Nur Liyana Binti Abdul Rahman

Liyana graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and Shariah (Honours) from the Islamic Science University of Malaysia (USIM) in 2023 and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court in Malaya in 2024.

A detail-oriented and results-driven legal professional, Liyana specialises in real estate transactions and conveyancing matters. She has demonstrated strong competency in managing end-to-end conveyancing processes, including Sale and Purchase Agreements, Loan Documentations, Perfection of Transfer and Charge, as well as dealings with the Land Office.
