Joyce Li Si Ying

Joyce graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Leeds, United Kingdom in 2022. Joyce subsequently completed the Bar Professional Training Course at The University of Law in 2024 and was called to the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple, United Kingdom.

During her pupillage, Joyce gained exposure to a range of corporate and commercial matters, particularly in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements, partnership arrangements, corporate restructuring, and the drafting, review, and negotiation of various commercial agreements. She also assisted in advising clients on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and general commercial advisory matters.

At Tay Chambers, Joyce continues to focus on developing her practice in corporate and commercial law. She is dedicated to assisting clients in navigating legal and business challenges with practical, effective and commercially focused solutions.
