Chuo Chung Cheng

Chuo Chung Cheng graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of London in 2018 and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court in Malaya in 2021.

During his pupillage, he gained valuable experience in the field of litigation whereby he handled matters pertaining to debt recovery, bankruptcy, fraud and deceit, and landlord-tenant disputes. He successfully assisted in a variety of high-stake cases, among others are cases involving securing a Mareva Injunction and setting aside a RM140 million default judgment.

At Tay Chambers, he will continue to expand his skills in litigation practice and by exploring other areas of civil practice.
